It is generally
best to separate education from training. Include this section when
you wish to focus on special courses and seminars or other forms
of continuing education. Training also includes college courses
taken to improve your job performance.
This section gives
you the opportunity to highlight any special skills, training courses
and seminars related to your field -- for example, operation of
business machines, machinery, computers, medical equipment, tools,
etc.
This is also an opportunity
to focus the reader on measurable skills you have acquired through
the course of your professional career.
The Training section
of your resume can also have the following titles:
- Clinics
- Conferences
- Courses
- Courses and Seminars
- Professional Training
- Relevant Training
- Presentations and
Public Appearances
- Professional Development
- Seminars
- Specialized Training
- Training Seminars
- Training, Skills
& Seminars
